Nobody is perfect, but a team can be!
This program was made in a co-operation with PricewaterhouseCoopers. The seminar is a continual interplay of theory, experience and practical activity. An outdoor teambuilding seminar will always be based on the reality of the organization, i.e. the customer in question. The purpose will be to solve, examine, deal with and prepare implementation of the identified issue. Typically, the duration of the seminar is 2-3 days in out-of-house accommodation, possibly with follow-up 2-3 months later.
This team development focuses on the diversity of the team, i.e. the individual resources, using the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) as an impact tool. Furthermore, the need to link the individual personal resources with practical and specific functions in a team unity is met by means of the Team Compass .
The Team Compass is a dynamic but still practical and very effective educational tool designed to visualize the connection of the members of a team, i.e. how the individual members supplement each other in a process of working or decision-making.
The outdoor team building activities combine physical and intellectual challenges into a joint problem-solving adventure where individual and team get opportunities of reflecting on the process as well as the result.
All exercises are designed in such a way that nobody risks their health. The exercises are safe but call for close co-operation between the participants. The purpose of team building is not to cause situations transcending personal barriers but to strengthen the knowledge of the process of interaction as well as identify and clear expectations among professionals in a frame of teamwork.
