We arrange a wide range of both simple and advanced activities. These are, and we do recommend, activities where all can participate without risking leaving somebody behind, or taking serious risks of health. We stretch the importance of keeping each team (person), or the group, active for the day.
Furthermore, in aim to achieve even better outcome of the trip towards a professional teambuilding, we can offer the involvement of professionals in human relations. The day starts with broad and general motivation in the morning, involvement during the day and in the end revealing the outcome of the day's work.
 We have access to two very interesting concepts in Team-building in Iceland:
* Professionals like; national sport team trainers, experienced mountain and highland guides, members of professional rescue groups. They are all people that have reached the elite in their field of occupation.
* Associations like PricewaterhouseCoopers, with their year-long experience of developing human capacity, breaking down barriers and building trust between each individual and the rest of the group, as well as making the individuals believe in themselves.
Both these categories are able to contribute to harmonize the attitude in the tour, towards a well-defined goal, such as integration of new employees, or over-winning a generation's gap within the group, or other tasks. It is highly recommended to book the service of a professional well in advance for the best planning and thereby outcome.
